Board of Director Appointments

Toronto, Canada, April 14, 2023.  CrossSafety Holdings Inc. is pleased to announce the election of its inaugural board of five directors.  John Murphy is founder and President of Resource Environmental Associates Limited, and Managing Principal & CEO of CrossSafety Holdings Inc.  Mark Hughes is founder, Managing Principal & President of the TRH Companies, and Executive-Vice President of CrossSafety Holdings Inc.  David Yager is an energy industry analyst, journalist, political advisor, former president of the Alberta Wildrose Party (a predecessor to the United Conservative Party), and founding CEO and Chairman of HSE Integrated Ltd., now Canada's largest HSE services company.  Gino DiGioacchino is acting CEO and a former board member of Giant Tiger Stores Limited, board member and recent CEO of Construction Distribution and Supply Co. Inc., and former senior executive for Walmart Canada and Home Depot Canada.  David Leonard is a Partner and current CEO of McCarthy Tetrault LLP, a leading Canadian and international law firm founded in 1855, and has been appointed Corporate Secretary of CrossSafety Holdings Inc.
